HENRY KAY was involved in the design and consturction of HELIPORT
(Helipad and Helideck) for Caverton Helicopters in Victoria Island Lagos
This Project involved the following:
- Shore Protection along the five cowries, Lagos
- Installation of driven cased piles on land and water
- Installation and construction of an Aluminium deck on water
- Construction of Admin building

HENRY KAY was involved in Ocean Paradise Estate in Banana island, Lagos

ZENITH BANK APAPA BUILDING
HENRY KAY in conjunction with Geovision was involved in the
construction of pile foundation for the proposed building for ZENITH BANK
at Warehouse Road, Apapa, Lagos. HENRY KAY carried out details soil
Investigation to determine the depth of the piles
KEDARI HOUSING
HENRY KAY was involved in the construction of the piling
foundation used in the kedari Housing project.
HENRY KAY also conducted the testing of the piles to ensure it was
fit to carry the weight of the building
RCCG PARADISE CITY PILING WORK
Redeemed Christain Church of God, Paradise City in Ajah, Lagos is
Proposing a 7,000 capacity cathedral.

LIGHT DUTY JETTY
HENRY KAY has constructed many Light Duty Jetties for individuals and
companies. These jetties are called Light Duty Jetties because they are
meant for small boats and flying boats.
HENRY KAY has constructed a couple of Light Duty Jetties on the water-fronts
of Queen’s drive in ikoyi and Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island
Light Duty Jetties are constructed using micropiles, and there are three main
types-‘L’,’T’ and ‘I’ shaped Light Duty Jetties.
